You think the Federal government with a huge deficit would look for ways to make money off taxes... well they do but unfortunately no new products are introduced. America is a business offering. Just imagine the funds Texas would have had from the sale of this popular drug. I'm also very confused that a "American" state would use the English metric system as a measure to prosecute. Does Texas have their head up a bulls ass regarding these points?
1) Texas using the English metric system while touting a state branding being "All American".
2) Texas loosing income for they could be the benefactors of smoking products. They already use a highly addictive drug called nicotine as an income source.
