Suggested precautions include meeting in public places, disclosing your intentions to meet with other RagingDebate.com users with family or close personal friends and using common sense judgment to refrain from taking risks with your person or personal property with strangers you may meet. RagingDebate.com strongly recommends you never reveal financial information such as credit card information, checking account information, social security number or personal bank information at any time in your online experience at RagingDebate.com or when meeting in person with RagingDebate.com users. RagingDebate.com does not ask at any time for such financial information. Requests for this information are likely fraudulent, also known as 'phishing attempts'. You understand and agree that RagingDebate.com provides security as a continuous best-effort attempt only. Threats of physical violence in any fashion against another RagingDebate.com user shall result in termination of your account and may be reported to the local or federal authorities. Your personal information such as first name, last name, street address, email, telephone number shall never be disclosed online and RagingDebate.com strongly recommends you take precautions before revealing such personal information to strangers online here or at any other website for that matter.

Age Restriction

Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly forbidden from becoming a user of RagingDebate.com. You acknowledge that any fictitious representation of age will result in immediate and permanent termination of user privileges. For all intensive purposes, the RagingDebate.com is rated R. Any viewers under the age of 18 must have adult supervision at all times.

Terms of Use Agreement, Acceptance and Acknowledgment of Acceptance

This Agreement may be modified by from time to time to oblige State or Federal law or as commercially necessary. Updates to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy shall be delivered as a notice via email or posted on RagingDebate.com 60 days prior to changes. You understand and agree that you will either accept or reject a new Terms of Service agreement to continue using the service, if deemed necessary by MediaHeights, LLC doing business as RagingDebate.com

Agreement Term

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely while you use the RagingDebate.com services as a registered, agreed upon user. You may terminate your User/Membership and privileges for any reason, by emailing us at remove@ragingdebate.com, writing us via U.S. Postal Mail, or calling MediaHeights, LLC at (603) 749-5511 . Your requests via writing to RagingDebate.com to terminate this agreement will be granted within 72 hours or 3 business days receipt. Requests to terminate this agreement via telephone shall be recorded and shall be honored within 72 hours or 3 business days.

RagingDebate.com Posting Rules, Code of Ethics

RagingDebate.com may contain obscene language and graphic depictions of violence at times. You agree to use the RagingDebate.com's service in accordance with the Agreement and following rules. You acknowledge and agree to not:

1. Upload, distribute, copy or content that is unlawful, libelous, harmful, pornographic, threatening, or ethnically bigoted that would violate another person's rights, constitute or encourage a criminal offense, encourage direct civil insurrection, or violate any local, state, national or nation law.
2. Use the Service in any way to provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the source, location, nature, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization designated by the U.S. government as a foreign terrorist organization under section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. P 1189.
3. Continuously change the subject of a debate, provide intentionally misleading or false information or use blatant racist content or terms in your content or debate comments.
4. Upload distribute, copy or content or otherwise use unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, junk mail, advertising bots, pyramid schemes or any other form of direct or indirect solicitation.
5. Upload, copy, distribute, share, or software programs of any kind, including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious computer code that is designed to interrupt, undermine, destroy, or limit the functionality of any user or MediaHeights, LLC and/or RagingDebate.com network, hardware or software. You agree that in doing so you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
6. Include in your user screen name any personal information including first or last name, street address, URL or email address.
7. Disclose your password or transfer your account to any third-party, or allow any third-party to access your account.
8. Impersonate any person or entity specifically law enforcement, RagingDebate.com and/or MediaHeights, LLC employee, MediaHeights, LLC designated primary article contributor, or politician, business or civil leader.
9. Access the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by RagingDebate.com for use in accessing the service. This includes not using or launching any automated system, including without limitation any spider, or automated script or robot that accesses the service in a way that sends multiple request messages to the RagingDebate.com as a mass promotion, harmful code that inhibits user experience or is outright criminal. You understand and agree that by doing so, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Search engines Google, Yahoo and Microsoft are excluded and other search engines and meta-engines that view RagingDebate.com content and wish content redistribution rights shall be authorized on a case by case basis by MediaHeights, LLC management only.
10. Collect, harvest or attempt to harvest, personally identifiable information, including user account information except for a user profile screen name, from the service.
11. Attempt to disable or interfere with any security feature of the service.

The RagingDebate.com Site and Service is also governed by our "Privacy Policy" located on every page of RagingDebate.com.

Content Rights on Debate.com

You acknowledge and agree that the RagingDebate.com service contains proprietary and technology and content owned by MediaHeights, LLC. RagingDebate.com is a registered Trade Name and Marked in the State of New Hampshire, protected under U.S. intellectual property right laws. You are not granted any right or license with respect to the trademarks of MediaHeights, LLC in authorizing this agreement or posting any form of content on RagingDebate.com, or any third-party contracted with MediaHeights, LLC or it's subsidiary holding companies.

Primary Disclaimers

You understand and agree that the RagingDebate.com service is provided on an "AT WILL" and "AS IS" basis. To the full extent permitted by applicable State or Federal law, MediaHeights, LLC disclaims all warranties, implied or expressly stated regarding it's current or future functionality. RagingDebate.com does not guarantee at any time 100% up-time or that your service may not be interrupted due to Acts of God or other events deemed by State or Federal Court(s) as beyond our control. Further, RagingDebate.com and MediaHeights, LLC makes no guarantee that the service will be free from destruction, corruption, viruses, worms, bugs, denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or other security breaches; and MediaHeights, LLC disclaims all liability relating to such attacks on it's RagingDebate.com service users or employees.

Inaccurate Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that uploading of content to RagingDebate.com is done at will and at your own personal risk. MediaHeights, LLC shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or injury relating to your publishing of content in any way. MediaHeights, LLC shall not be held liable for any inaccurate, misleading or outright untrue content posted on the site or in connection with the service, by users, members, or any third-party.

Third-Parties

Some of the content available through the RagingDebate.com service may include information, quotes, snippets, video's, music and news articles belonging to Third-Parties. MediaHeights, LLC and commercial partners may present promotional content on the RagingDebate.com website or may provide your personal information to associated advertisers for marketing purposes. MediaHeights, LLC does not guarantee, warrant, explicitly endorse, or assume performance liabilities for advertising content, products, or additional services advertised. Your communication with or cooperation with third-parties is completely at your discretion. You acknowledge and agree that MediaHeights, LLC and/or RagingDebate.com shall not be held directly or indirectly liable, for any damages, loss of money of any personal injury sustained as a result of any your involvement with third-party advertisers, users or content publishers of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediaHeights, LLC and/or RagingDebate.com employees, agents, advertisers, subsidiaries, executive officers from any legal claim, action, demand, loss or expense when using the RagingDebate.com service including attorney's fees or costs.
